Mama's gathering session

It's time for a once-in-a-few-months gathering session with mama's friends. This time, we are going for a seafood lunch at Greenwood Fish Market & Bistro!

After the high cholesterol meal, Miss Dong recommeded coffee at the other corner of the street. Unfortunately, they happened to be changing shift and and one of the staff told us that they would be doing stock taking, and would be closed till later in the evening.

We had no choice but to seek another alternative. As a "big sister head" of the girl gang, mama suggested "Tea Party" along bukit timah road.

Seafood at Greenwood is really fresh. Loved the restaurant's setting and atmosphere. The only drawback will be the price tag. To leisurely spend the day eating the freshest seafood, and enjoying freshly brewed tea is one of our favorite past time！

Mama enjoyed her little meet-up session with her friends alot. Cayden-boy must be happy too since he's able to spend the day with his 2 most-favourite persons and Mama allowed him to indulge in "outside food" like the everybody's-favourite-"muffin-bread", fish and chips, corn soup, bubble tea etc etc! 

Me? I'm happy enough to have good food and lots of chances to snap snap snap! :p

SiJie's birthday celebration

It's Sijie's first birthday celebration held in a CityLights condo. A walk through the pavements along the condo leaves an impression that it belongs to a more of a classy type of housing. The clear swimming pool, jacuzzi, clean environment and well maintained gym equipments reveals constant grooming and maintanence by the management.

It seems that everyone's curious about the classy condo.. Not just me. When we arrived at the function room, majority of the guests were moving around, marvelling the beautiful layout and fantastic view of the condo from 30th floor.

Adeline annouces cake cutting in 10 minutes upon our arrival. It seems that we are Sijie's last guest! All the guests appeared one by one as if she had cast some magical spells and the function room is filled with people within minutes. Amazing!

All good things come to an end. Its about time to pack up the stuffs and put a full stop to the event. Mama places Cayden-boy with the princess for a photoshoot!

It was a fun day at CityLights! I hoped to have a barbecue party at CityLight to have the chance to have a peep into the beautiful Singapore lighting from 30th floor! I believe the view will be magnificant!

A day at Pasir Ris Park

It was raining the night before when we walked past a playground. Cayden-boy pointed to a swing and said "there!" with excitement.

"It's raining, Cayden-boy.. Let's do it some other time.." I speed up my pace before Cayden-boy can even protest.

It aches my heart and was telling myself that I should fulfill my promise and "do it some other time" before I forget and disappoint an infant. With this in mind, I proposed Pasir Ris park to mama, keeping my fingers crossed that it ill not rain.

The first stop is Gallop Stable at Pasir Ris Park!

Cayden-boy was reluctant to get down from the swing. He would shake his head when mama asked if its enough. I would then smile with pride when I saw cayden-boy's reply! i knew I had chose the right place!

At the corner of my eye, I aimed at the shiny slide. When Cayden-boy had enough of the slide, I quickly carried him and rushed to the next station!

"Where is the baby?" Mama asked and Cayden-boy points to himself..

"Naughty mama.. you tricked me again....."

I am sure Cayden-boy enjoyed his day in the park. We will return again, and by then, Cayden-boy will have his freedom of choice to what games he wants to play! It's a big playground for the kids anyway!

A visit to Uncle Lip Sing

It has been a really long time since we last visit Uncle Lip Sing and family. The last outing with them was at the RWS, where cayden-boy had fun messing up the hotel while mama and I had good food at Chillies restaurant.

This time round, Cayden-boy had fun messing up JunXi's, ZhengXi's and HuiXi's toys. Cayden-boy was really busy. I was really puzzled. Cayden-boy showed less interest with his Bobby car as compared to JunXi's toy car. Why...?

Hmm... wonder if papa will get me 1 of this too?

After getting his legs tired, Cayden-boy began messing with finger toys..

The  next thing we know, Cayden-boy began to chew!

JunXi, ZhengXi and HuiXi had really grown! Mama and I were suprised to see how much they have changed... That probably hinted us how fast time flies and we had to keep snapping to get 'that moment' and memories down.

As I was having great fun snapping away, Cayden-boy had a fall.. His cries drawn everyone's attention. Mama moved and carried Cayden-boy instantly, re-directing his attention to clam him down.

Once in awhile gathering is a good form of interactions for both the kids and adults. Nothing beats the time well spent to drinking a bottle of Hoegaarden beer, idling around and chatting!
